Faridabad · Dublin — product engineering studio

We build software that businesses can run on

Mobile apps, SaaS platforms, AI systems and web products — designed, engineered and shipped end to end, and owned by you from day one.

What we do

Ideas into products. Engineered to run in production

Six practices, one team. Most of our projects use more than one — strategy, design, engineering and operations stay in the same room.

Working process

From first call to production in weeks, not quarters

  1. Discover & scope

    01

A short scoping call, then a written scope with a timeline and the first shippable slice — before any commitment.

  2. Design the product

    02

Flows, states and edge cases before pixels. Clickable prototypes you can put in front of real users.

  3. Engineer & ship weekly

    03

Working software on a real device or URL from week one. Every build reviewed, tested and deployed through CI.

  4. Run & improve

    04

Monitoring, backups, security updates and continued feature work on an agreed retainer after launch.

How we keep it running

  • Logging, backups, metrics and a deploy pipeline are part of the build, not a follow-up project.

  • Input validation, least-privilege database access, dependency and header hardening as standard.

  • Every AI feature ships with an evaluation set and a human review path for anything below confidence.

  • Runbooks, architecture notes and a deploy path your own team can operate without us.

Problems

What usually slows software projects down and burns budget.

  • Prototype that cannot scale
  • Vendor lock-in on your own code
  • No tests, no deploy pipeline
  • Missed deadlines, vague scope
  • Disconnected tools and data

Solutions

How we build so your product keeps moving after launch.

  • Architecture for real load
  • Your repos, your cloud, day one
  • CI/CD and monitoring built in
  • Written scope and weekly demos
  • Integrations into one system

Frequently asked questions

How does an engagement usually start?

With a short scoping conversation. We work out what you are trying to build, what already exists, and what the first shippable slice looks like — then send a written scope with a timeline before any commitment.

How do you charge?

Fixed price for well-defined scopes, monthly retainer for ongoing product work. We agree which model fits before starting; there are no hourly surprises either way.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do, from day one. Repositories, cloud accounts and domains are yours, and we work inside them rather than handing anything over at the end.

What technologies do you work with?

Primarily TypeScript across the stack — React on the front end, Node.js and PostgreSQL behind it, Flutter or native for mobile. We pick boring, well-supported tools so the code stays maintainable by whoever comes next.

What happens after launch?

Support and iteration, on an agreed retainer. That covers bug fixes, dependency and security updates, monitoring, and continued feature work.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house developers — sharing repositories, code review and standups — rather than working in isolation.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before any detailed discussion of your product or data.

Where are you based?

Our engineering hub is in Faridabad, India, with a European presence in Dublin, Ireland. We work with clients across time zones and overlap hours are agreed at the start.

One team. Total ownership

Tell us what you are building. We reply within one business day with next steps or a scoping call.
